I'm sorry you had to go through all that to get your adrenals checked out. I had to diagnose myself on that, then find a doctor who would do urine testing instead of the apparently worthless blood testing. (Spit tests work too.) Yeal, I've learned we have to be our own advocate and do our own research.

I will check out that Wilson diet and see if maybe it can help since it worked for you. Tweet
