Junk food or too much animal protein and what diet is recommended for people who are told they have "hypoglycemia"? I diet high in animal protein.
For years to try to control what I thought was "hypoglycemia," I was eating low-carb/zero processed foods, basically only meat and vegetables and a little fruit.
A couple days after I went on a veggie juice fast, my hypoglycemic-like symptoms were gone! I adopted closer to an 80-10-10 diet since and basically free of those symptoms ever since.
Have you been monitoring your blood sugar? What are your levels?
