I use Now brand non Genetically-Modified-Organisms soy grandules, any kind of sodium ascorbate and just regular Meijer's brand flush free niacin (though I am going to try regular niacin, too.)
Though all those things have helped me I can't say I'm hypoglycemia free. Believe me I have quite a few small meals throughout the day too, of ultra healthy foods, low glycemic index foods - though I'm not convinced that low glycemic foods really makes a difference at all.
It seems to me that I feel better with higher glycemic foods, but maybe they just make me feel worse later. I don't know. This is all so complex and confusing.
I don't count on the medical profession to be much help. For ex. I had to diagnose hypoadrenalism myself, based on info on the stopthethyroidmadness.com site. Then I had to find a doctor who would give me a urine test not blood test. The first doctor told me a urine test "was worhtless" but that was way not true.
