Re: Increased symptoms after urination?

I'm going through this, too. I'm losing a lot of salt.. I got up and peed like 7 times early in the a.m.

I'm dizzy, light headed, disoriented a lot, short of breath, can't tolerate water now unless it's salted. It's really scary.

My head is so foggy. I do nothing but drink salt water all day, and yet it's not enough.

I read somewhere on this forum someone going through similar issues mentioned needing a little Sugar with the salt in order to absorb it.

I'm unable to tolerate sugar, but I'm game for trying almost anything right now.
