I suffer with sodium loss. If you believe it is sodium loss. You need to keep salting all your foods. Watch your intake of foods high in potassium. I realized that potassium pushes more sodium out of the cells when I have this problem. The best salt that worked for me is Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt . I tried others but this salt worked for me. I can now use Himalayan Sea Salt but when I have real issues with sodium loss I go back to the HBJSS.
