Re: Increased symptoms after urination?

heyyy i have been experienceing the same thing , but I cannot make much sense of it, but ur probly right, it must have something to do with sodium loss. I probably am losing sodium , I am always dehydrated, I wake up at midnight or very early from being super dehydrated. Not sure what to do about it, but forum suggested to me to try Licorice Root, and start out slow, too bad I have 0$ to spend on supplements.
