Awesome, thanks Marie I will have to try out that salt once this bottle of Celtic is done. I'm almost positive that I have a salt issue, but I will let them prove it with their fancy test. Will definitely share the results.
I was going to ask you if you stick to a low potassium diet like the ones they formulate for people with kidney issues? I was looking up some meal plans and it seems like they don't give too many healthy options. They tell you to avoid most green veggies, whole grains (like brown rice), and nuts, but they push white rice and refined carbs which I know is definitely not healthy! Plus they say to avoid meat for the most part, but as a fast oxidizer I must have meat to avoid hypoglycemic meltdowns. My hair analysis revealed my potassium to be extremely high, and I believe that what I thought were
food allergies was actually my body reacting to too much potassium!
I've been struggling with my diet for almost 2 years trying to find the sweet spot, so I would be ever so grateful for any suggestions. Thanks!
