10 month update Nutritional Balancing


Hi Everyone- I am now 10 months on the NB program. I would say I am 70-80% healed. With that being said I feel like I have hit a plateau the last 3 months. I really think the adrenal fatigue is still happening due to chronic infection.

I just finished a very intensive parasite cleanse that lasted almost 2 months. Primarily I used Wormwood , cloves, homemade Black-Walnut tincture and raw garlic. The die-off was brutal to say the least. Which says to me that even though I didn't see ascaris, flukes and Tapeworms I still have a lingering and chronic infection. This cleanse was hard on my body but I feel allowing infections to remain is worse.

So I have decided to aggressively treat the infection. Now this is just my opinion but I suspect the NB alone cannot achieve this. ARL does suggest 1000mg per meal of cat's claw for infections. I take double this amount. My alternative Doc here is wanting me to test for lyme. However this will cost more than I am willing to pay at this moment. The Igenix test is probably the best for lyme but many have received false negatives. I am also taking some other herbs to boost my immune system which I think has been totally compromised in all of this. At this time I am considering going away for ozone therapy.

I haven't been posting much as my focus has been on researching chronic infections and how they impact the body. Serious stuff. I have spent tons of time researching herbs and natural treatment protocols.

I am still faithful with my NB supps and diet mostly. However my diet is more Paleo than Wilson. It is mostly grain and fruit free. I did add in some local apples this fall.

I am due for another test so I should have some more results in a few weeks.

My supplements are what ARL instructs me to take and I have made a few additions.

GB3
megapan
endodren
endopan
paramin

I have added in

2 betaine hcl per meal on top of the 2 gb3 (I have the lowest stomach acid imaginable. Probably why parasites have been such an ongoing battle).
1 gram vit c per meal
2 kelp per meal
1/2 tspn cat's claw per meal
