Hey Onwards, what kind of cats claw are you taking.

Is this a cats claw from ARL? You say you take half a tsp, that sounds like a lot as in the past i'm use to seeing ppl take like drops. 30 at most with water.

Anyway, just curious as to how you're doing the cats claw.

I took up to 20 drops in water at a time last January and never herxed. But then Oil of oregano has made me herx
