Re: Digestion Screwed Up - What to eat now?
Hi wired,
Very sorry for you man! it is really taugh to be short on money and with all these problems. I have a similar case and i was noticing when i am on a very low carb diet I lost more the water i drink. and the same when i cant take care of hipoglicemia. or "big" efforts or stress...
I mainly keep a diet journal like many of you and experimenting a lot. latest days i was experimenting less computer and less TV, less agitation some more carbs and new proteins (beef after 1 year no beef). I am sure carbs was not a good idea for candida but did a lift of my mood and didnt pee that much !!!some said very low carbs are not a good idea for AF. don't know your case but worht thinking...
at night (19.00 and 22.00) I'm eating proteins with veggies or even bread & butter - I sleep better. Of course I have reflux after and hot flashes and other stuff but at least I get some sleep. I started last year with 1-2 hours per night when started a candida diet and now since 1 month I am sleeping 5 hours - which is huge. put some more carbs and some bread. not saying you should do that.
I am taking just one enzyme per day.
Vitamin C, Hcl, milk thistle make me pee more.
Acidophilus makes me pee more.
Only cooked veggie meal makes me pee more. Raw food is out of question.
I am supplementing vitamin D 5000 ui per day.
Same problem with enema - i am over tired exhausted after. to help having stool I introduced some whole bread even I know is not ok but just to help bring some bulk and power.
I will not be surprised to find out about bacteria in your case. Please share when you have the results. Which lab did you used.?
feel for you,
dave
