Not everyone has the raw triangular part on upper lip. But that part only seems to form white, wet skin. It never dries and peels unless I put a drying agent on it. It could be because I have an increased # of enlarged fordyce spots right there that may keep the area moist unlike the bottom lip. Some people might have blocked fordyce spots, but I do not think mine are blocked so the area stays more moist.
