Here is my zinc story. About 1-year ago, after reading Ann-Louises copper book, I started taking zinc and switched to high zinc/low copper foods.
I felt horrible from the copper detox. I was unable to take and zinc for a whole year. If I did, I would get tired, have anxiety and insomnia.
Just recently, I started doing coffee enemas and saunas. Now..all of a sudden I can handle zinc.
I think the coffee enemas and saunas are helping to clear the excess copper....thereby making it easier my body to handle zinc, and the extra copper that it pulls out.
