zinc crashed me, how did you handle it?
HI guys, So my new NB program called for some stronger supplements as I am out of 4 lows now. I felt so good, and strong, well, it's all relative, but I was definitely feeling more stable, last week, despite some minor metal dumping complications.
But after building up my new supplements i crashed pretty bad.
I seemed to be fine on the mega pan and thyro complex.
But i built my zinc up to about 32 mg a day for 2 days. this resulted in some intense detoxing and then a bad crash.
Also relative, bad now is still not as bad as bad would have been 6 months ago. But still it is discouraging and frustrating. I guess I just need to go really low and slow.
I know people have had all kinds of experiences with the zinc.
I am happy to hear any stories or lessons on how to manage this one.
I have to have it to get better but it has potential to make me worse in the process. I am just looking for some insight.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
