Re: No orgasms since 18, do anyone have this?
Hang in there bud,
No I never had this problem, but I have had my libido and male sexuality negatively impacted because of my AF. Still lucky that I can and do have sex, but its not quite the worry free normal 22 year old experience. It is very hard emotionally and self esteem wise.
But... the ARL supplements are going to help you, and they are going to take a long time to help you so be patient and remain hopeful. Forget about what your parents and other people think, even if they mean well they will never understand, your doing the right thing and the best anyone can in your situation by being on this forum and trying out NB. Also, your sexua| function is the first to decline and last to respond because your body is likely just focusing on its most necessary functions to try to stay alive and kicking. My 2 cents is to focus on getting healthy enough to go walking or biking or swimming or shopping etc. and start to reintroduce simpler activities into your life that can start to make you happier. Relationships seem to be at the top of that scale in terms of stress and difficulty with things like going for walks, bicycling, going to dinner with friends etc. are on the lower end in terms of stress and difficulty. Focus on the lower end things for now.
If you really want to focus on male sexuality you can start taking zinc, it has helped me a lot that way and I would be willing to bet you are deficient. But, it may cause you to loose sodium and detox copper too fast so be careful. Hope this was helpful.
