Glad you found something that works for you.

Thing is I don't really suffer from most candida symptoms. I have no gas, I get constipation and not diarhea and I also don't experience die off when I would if I had candida. Also no brain fog and other symptoms.

I also think it could be dyspiosis but not sure how to test this. Been eating more probiotics and prebiotics recently and trying to find a natural "laxative" to make me regular.
