Interesting. I do not notice any pain with the salt or much in general really but like you said it could be something similar.
I haven't noticed any difference the times I have been on an anti sibo diet and taking grape seed oil + peppermint oil.
Currently thinking maybe the constipation is linked with very low amounts of stool forming large intestinal bacteria so Im going to be eating many things that would make sibo worse. This will help me see if sibo has anything to do with it or not.
