Re: What could cause bloating from drinking water?

Yes basically. Most likely the toxins got lodged in your intestinal mucosal lining.

"If it is toxins, what are they from? Why do they cause bloating with all food and drinking? Why hasn't my body got rid of them in over 8 months of specific diets/supplements/cleanses?"

The body is one huge sponge. Although "educated" doctors cringe at the word "toxin" (or laugh at it rather), Think about all the thousands and thousands of chemicals and poisons you have been exposed to and have collected everyday of your life: off-gassings from flooring and furniture, paint fumes, chemical cleaner fumes, heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides, food additives , poisons in your drinking water, chemtrails, toxic soaps and detergents, lotions and bodycare products loaded with poison... the list is endless. And the sad reality is that the body holds onto these things a lot more than most would like to realize.

Ever used oil based paint before? It just sticks to the body and pretty much nothing can get it off. Mercury is held pretty much indefinitely in the cellular structure unless chelated out. Fluoride and bromine readily accumulate in the thyroid and pineal gland. Just a few examples.

There are many more poisons that unfortunately no one has a protocol to remove yet. For these, the best bet is to activate your kundalini and open your energy channels so they can be transmuted energetically.
