Re: Feel bad after eating - confused?

I thought I had bad hypoglycemia for years, but it turned out to be toxic hunger and I healed myself from it after only a couple of days of juice fasting.

You should watch the new hit documentary http://www.fatsickandnearlydead.com
about the benefits of juice fasting and even though the people in it juice fasted because of their obesity, it's very inspirational and juice fasting has been known for decades of being able to quickly correct ailments due to years of poor diet, like with my situation.

Note that I'm talking about a JUICE fast, not a water fast. I know you're trying not to lose more weight, but if your condition is diet related and you need to detoxify, you might have to deal with some temporary weight lose in order to correct your ailments and then you'll be able to build yourself back up, stronger than ever. Right now you seem to be on a vicious cycle with possibly a diet that's not working for you as I was for years.

If you don't have a juicer, I've been incorporating homemade Green Smoothies made with a simple blender in my diet. I just add two kinds of leafy greens with some fruit and alternate the kinds of leafy greens everyday. A fast with homemade Green Smoothies should work just as good as juicing vegetables.
