Re: Feel bad after eating - confused?

Histamine reactions to me are a red flag of candida probably caused by adrenal fatigue/hypothyroid. Same with you reactions to foods/meals.

Whenever I have asked someone with allergic reactions/histamine issues whether they have low body temps, the answer has been universally YES. The endocrine systems (adrenals/thyroids are part of) regulate body temp, immune response, HCL levels, blood glucose, insulin response, sex hormones, etc....a long long list.

Think it's a feedback loop: the immune system response to mycotoxins (candida) helps fatigue the adrenals/thyroids which then goes on hyper-drive trying to deal with leaky gut caused food toxins (large molecule food particles entering the blood stream it doesn't recognize as food) and a chain reaction creates even more stress on already over burdened adrenal/thyroids.

Another thing to ponder is iron levels which effect thyroid hormones. As well as Iodine supplementation. Perhaps these both were addressed with NB/diet but, perhaps not. I know there have been times in the past where I felt much more energy but, perhaps it was from just getting better nutrition in rather than controlling candida/AF/HT????

Glad you hear you are out enjoying life and tearing up the slopes.....that's a good sign and should help you recover but, too much physical exercise while healing can be defeating to progress.

Blessings.

Forget about heavy metals presently (sorry all you heavy metal detox pushers). Those can be detoxed at a later date when the adrenals/thyroid are not so stressed.
