If you are concerned with removing plaque within body, consider taking a tea called, chanca piedra. This removes calcium type plaques out of the digestive and urinary tracts combined and can be taken for the long-run. I usually take a three finger pinch of chanca piedra herb, and put into 3-4 liters of boiling bottled water for 10 minutes. Let cool down and store in refrigerator. I usually drink 1 to 2 liters nightly which makes one go to the bathroom a few times nightly.

The amounts of calcium (not calciums from living bone marrow), but free floating calcium stored in body fluids within organs like liver, kidneys and other important organs to include urinary bladder and prostate!

If you want to see the calcium particles leaving your body, urine in a 1 gallon clear plastic container. Usually after taking 1 to 2 liters of chanca piedra tea in the early night, by late night the container will be 1/3 full. Make sure you tighten bottle lid for the next morning test. If the urine is cloudy it is for one of two reasons:

1. cloudy urine means lots of floating calcium within, and it can mean
2. cloudy urine can also mean lots of candida spores present, if lid is loosened and immediately gas escapes container!

Alert: Magnesium Chloride (25 ml of 6percent MgCl) removes all unprocessed animal proteins within inside surfaces of entire digestive tract and organs, including the colon! Candida and cancers can live within these protein greases (complex sugars) inside infected persons!

Take nightly ½ oz MgCl of a 6 percent concentration (30 grams of MgCl crystals dissolved in 500ml of non-mineralized drinking bottled water) to remove unprocessed animal proteins clinging within entire digestive tract.

To work with blood issues, I have started with blood root, passion flower, nettle root, dandelion root and Fo-Ti root powders (Polygonum multiflorium).

The dandelion powder cleans out the body cells that are too old, to include cancer-cell types which reject being asked to self-destruct. All normal living cells in body self-destruct in their golden years, whereas all cancers cells resist killing them selves -- the dandelion reprograms them to self-destruct just like all the other cells around them.

The Fo-ti powder works within the blood to clean out the invaders and toxins lingering about. I have been taking Fo-Ti root powders.
