Hi; my hypo T was resolved by Iodine & company. Much better within a year. More issues done year two and three. A few health issues left, I can live well with them.

I believe you are into something with your searching for other causes than candida. Have you started borax yet? good for myco toxins and candida.
TB; Iodine should take care of it if taken in high enough doses + loads of vit C. Magnesium is important, due to the scarring that may have a calcium component.
In worst case you can check out tuberculinum; a homeopathic remedy made of the TB bacteria. If the picture fits that could help you further. Best thing is to see a homeopath on this.

Antibiotics like you have done is typically a playground for mycotoxins and candida. Thats what started my 20 year of health problems / candida etc.
