Problems with updating to soon is that something a supplement work for just a short time, like days or a couple of weeks.
Been there loads of times.
Learned by doing that 2-3 months is more correct when to say if a supplement work or not.

For leg cramps, my son used to have loads, (growing pains are in the same family)
magnesium and borax. Never failed me / us. borax is a type of sodium, may help her.
Sometimes one need to do a different magnesium,or higher dosages. Magnesium chloride is an option.
