Back at the old house, when my lovely Josette had leg cramps and thrombophlebitis, I supplemented her with Chlorella and V-water, and rubbed magnesium oil all over her back and shoulders. 70% decrease in pain the day after, and was gone the second day. People don't realize how low on Mg they are. Most overlook the fact that common bar soap will complex with the Ca and Mg from the skin, so the body sends more there. Compounded over time, every day, soap up the skin, and you can have chronic Mg deficiency. Answer is to use a non-ionic surfactant as soap.
