The one thing that makes a big difference to me....

...is adequate dietary fibre consumption. I get most of my fibre from brocolli, spinach, cauliflower, low Sugar fruits and sweet potato.

It seems that it keeps me in check. I presume it is helping to clear out any toxins swiftly and keep my vital processes in better check.

I'm currently on 250mg Iodine per day (magnets), 200mg selenomethionine, magnesium oil, 4g vit c, 50mg zinc, vit b complex (not a lot), 1/8tsp borax and mineral salt.

I strength train 4 x a week and run some sprints after one or 2 sessions (it is my job to be in shape afterall) and follow a higher protein, moderate fat, moderate carb (100-200g from sweet potato, fruits and veg) diet on workout days and lower carb (50-100g) on non workout days.

Seems like things are really coming together again :-)
