We talk about salt, b. rice, complex carbs and they still prefering LOW CARB scam, worthless enema, Coconut kill candida(LOL) ....

3% fat until candida gone and max. 10% after heal.

So we can eat(after heal) 100g millet with half Mars (chocolate bar) - YES !! Mars - 17% fat, 70% carbs, with millet will be around 5-7% fat :)))

But no Snickers or other chocolate bar, cuz too much chocolate (60% carbs, 30% fat) to much fat.
