Blood Sugar abnormalities indeed. Taking chromium polynicotinate 200mg before every meal did NOTHING for me. Anyway, I used to not be this way. I seriously used to have normal weight and eat similarly to how I do now (actually, LESS healthy than I do now) and feel fine.
Also, when killing candida strongly, during the die-off I'd randomly have days with worse hunger, and days with much better hunger. So candida seems related to the problem.
Those ingredients in the salad btw are, well, not part of my normal diet. I'd have to try maybe lettuce by itself first, then try a tomato by itself, etc., to see how I like them. I was never big on vegetables, but I need to learn to try them and not just get my vegetable nutrients from a mineral complex.
