Re: Hunger hunger HUNGERRR!!! What to do about it?
Here's the irony. The days where I'm less hungry are the weekdays, when I wake up at 7, and have that meal: coconut oil, sunflower butter and popcorn for breakfast; chicken and popcorn for lunch; and whatever dinner is (usually has brown rice as part of it).
I'm MORE hungry on the weekends, even if I try to eat the exact same meals! Maybe because I wake up later? Anyway, I bought apples and bananas (yes, I know bananas in particular feed candida, but I take enzymes after any food they like), and decided to re-emphasize goji berries (which are supposedly antifungal, but I still take enzymes after eating them anyway.
I bought apple cider vinegar, and will be having that before breakfast and dinner (I have it in liquid form, so I can't bring it to work for use with lunch). I hope it's true about it helping with candida, reducing hunger, helping the body absorb more nutrients (and therefore give less to the candida), etc.
Oh yeah, I looked at the nuts they had and bought pistachios. Then I later looked at an acid/alkaline food chart, and saw that pistachios are acidic, not alkaline. :/ I guess I'll have to find another nut to eat. I also got almond milk (the almond milk itself is said to be alkaline, but aren't processed foods acidic in general?) and cultured probiotic coconut milk.
