I forgot to mention that a common snack of mine is coconut milk yogurt. I'm casein intolerant, so kefir (made with actual milk) is out of the question. But there's probiotic non-dairy milk out there. I've also tried and liked probiotic coconut milk.
Popcorn doesn't cause any flare-ups or anything like that, and I can have it no problems. Also, I get hungrier if I don't eat enough carbs. And by hungrier, well, hungry to me is having a nasty headache and not being able to focus or have much energy. I learned the hard way that trying to reduce my carbs really hurts me.
