Never had a salad? OMG! Go down to your local natural food store today and buy:
A fresh head of lettuce
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Sprouts
kalamata olives
Some delicious salad dressing like green goddess or other soy/gluten/casein free dressings.
Chop and mix and enjoy! You will feel like a million dollars.
OH and by the way, this:

Is a SURE sign of blood
Sugar abnormalities. Shaking hands especially. This is why you feel "good" on popcorn- because it spikes up your blood
Sugar SO MUCH and feeds your candida. But of course the solution is not to jack up your blood
Sugar everytime you feel "hungry". You have to wean yourself off of high glycemic foods and a big hearty salad will be your best friend because it has enough initial sugars to satisfy your hunger but has a very low glycemix index as well as glycemic load for slow, steady continuious nutrition and blood sugar levels. You definitely want to give up the popcorn and replace it with salad.
