We need no more then 10% protein for total daily calories and 5% fat. So eat complex carb like potatoes, millet, parsley and other cooked carbs with salt and with sodium potassium ratio ~2,5:1. Fat blocking Sugar in blood stream = Candida growing fastest.
No fat (3% from grains), little protein(millet 10%, brown rice 7%, veggie 3-4% are OK).
