Well I can't tell you exactly what you should do because everyone has their own way, but there are a couple of things. I would probably leave out the beans for sure. They are hard to digest and they make even healthy people bloated. I would also cut out the corn but really it's what you feel comfortable with. The potatoes? Those are very iffy. Some can handle them, but as far as candida the may feed it as well. But I don't know how badly your candida is. Some people have it full blown and some have a little, I guess you could say. So maybe limit them to a small extent and see how your stomach feels. Definitely would leave out the hummus. Are you food combining correctly? Sometimes if we mix meat and potatoes it will be harder to digest. Not sure if that helps any. I think if there are symptoms then we can guess there is something up. So maybe switch it up a bit and really try to figure out what is causing those symptoms. And when it comes to leaky gut I know they say that you don't want to continually eat the same thing day after day, but if your options are limited it will be difficult. What meats are okay for you? And what other veggies do you feel okay with? I would get a lil journal and keep notes on foods each day and list reactions just to help you out along the way. It could be helpful I think. Also list supplements...they can be just as effective and/or detrimental ad the food.
