Since struggling with candida and intestinal issues I can barely find anything to eat , considering I'm underweight and have to eat a lot of calories it's hard anyway but when you consider the allergies I have it's even harder.
Everyday I'll eat beans and gluten free bread in the morning.
Sweet potatoes for an afternoon snack.
Later on in the day lettuce , sweetcorn , hummus , chicken , new potatoes and shredded carrot.
Then ocassionaly a small portion of grapes or pineapple.
Then lastly later on some broccoli , cabbage , cauliflower , roast potatoes and chicken.
I've been eating this every single day going on a year.
I drink water all day and nothing else.
I'm allergic to dairy , wheat ( probably all gluten ) , nuts and fish and eggs make me extremely bloated.
I've tried everything to eliminated my candida and what I assume are my intestinal issues but I suppose I'm just getting used to them now , nothing helps.
Should this be a diet that's ok in the long run every day ?.
I've tried low carb for several months and I cut out all meat completely for a month but felt worse off.
