Personally I would adhere to a couple of days of fresh juices, and then small quantities of juicy high water-content fruits the third day such as grapes, oranges, melons etc.
The fourth day (depending on your demand for food) a well-ripened banana or two (speckled brown to make sure the starch has converted into sugars), avocados softish to the touch are fine, small quantities of chlorella as well, but be careful to masticate your food thoroughly with saliva before swallowing: digestion begins in the mouth.
Vitamins and other supplements, please make sure they are manufactured to GMP or good manufacturing practices and after about two weeks of refeeding, to ensure your digestion has been re-nurtured back into full-swing. The time-frame for this differs from individual to individual.
