Again I was asking for elaboration on the preceding statement. How is the potassium which is a mineral not-bioavailable? as you seemingly purport with the statement above. A banana or several bananas seem to be a great way to take in potassium that we are more than likely deficient in.... I alrerady understand the problem with non-local shipped green produce.
