dandelion, thanks for the cool links. We are trying to understand why MH says that the banana has no value and that the potassium is poorly absorbed. Of course most people think that the banana has tons of nutrition, we want to understand why MH says otherwise!
Of course, that food-chart link you provided had other foods on their list of "most nutritious" that I'm sure many people here will disagree with, such as milk and soy.
