"From 108 pages: Bananas are like dairy, a made up FALSE STORY to sell a worthless product. It takes 1,000 bananas per day to get any potassium"
I understand there are sources with more potassium such as potatoes grown in proper soil, but at 500 mgs per in addition to magnesium which our population is also deficient in, what happens to the 500 mgs or so found in bananas that we would need 1000 of them to do anything and what are the alternatives to get more.
Please elaborate on this.
