I show all range of sodium / potassium ratios - healthy ratios for different diet (LC, HC, etc).
Vegan(Douglas Graham 80/10/10 - carb/protein/fat) not(almost not) need sodium, cuz raw bananas are self digested.
But i think Okinawa diet (85/10/5) no fruit(no fructose), mainly just veggie, rice, millet and 2-3 eggs, some supps daily could be best diet on earth and best for candida !
