Re: Lack of accurate and available testing..how to get this story out to the general public? Cahill...

Yes, I agree, he is short with words. I was just there this week! I was wondering if he was training other doctors to do this. It would take someone with a real interest in this to want to pursue this type of practice. He is definitely getting up there with age. Once he retires, who will be able to do this? He could push it more, but he could be to old to have the drive. Maybe he did not talk to many GI doctors. I must say he has an extremely busy office!!! Many people were there to see him. There is a need for him to keep this going. It's a shame!!! GI doctors don't even think parasites exist because they never see anything positive come back on those worthless stool tests! All negetive, when people are really suffering, but no. Blame it on IBS or coilitus....could never be a parasite. Those ONLY come from "3rd world countrys"...can't happen here, uncommon. I don't know how to approach the problem.
Also, Cahill's staff is not very personable. But I'm sure someone in that office knows if when he retires, there would be someone else to take over..?
