I never tried, but for what I read the one-meal-per-day plan looks very appealing to me. And once I stop fasting, I believe that will be way to go.
I agree with you about the stress on a body and in some ways this 3/1 plan will be harder than the previous one—if for nothing else I’ll have to learn how to eat--but it is amazing how body regulates itself. As an example, before I started fasting, only a month ago, I was able without any (noticeable) problems to devour 20,000 calories in one hour. The last Sunday, however, it took me an hour to finish a single, medium size peach.
Just now thinking of that I realized, it was really a huge journey in such a short time. I really have to be happy about it.
