Today is my 30th day of fasting. I think I’ve reached my limits. I can’t go for another week. I’m mentally and physically exhausted. I’m so looking forward to eating tomorrow. I miss chewing and my teeth feel lose. And most of the time I’m in bed watching you tube videos, not exactly a life.
But I don’t want to give up yet. I decided to change my plan from 6/1 to 3/1; that is, 3 days of fasting followed by one day of eating. I hope I will be able to limit my eating to fruits and veggies, green juices and morning protein shake. Planning to start to take vitamins as well. If I reach Labor Day that would be fantastic. Will keep you posted.
