I feel so bad, please don't feel like you want to end your life. You are special, regardless of what is happening with your body. I, too, have felt like ending it many times. For me, diet seems to be doing the most for me. I cut out all sugar, fat, wheat, dairy (except yogurt), red meat, no alcohol. It's hard and I sometimes wonder why everyone around me seems okay and I don't. I tried an
Antibiotic a few times and it worked for a while, then I added the diet and supplements such as zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, C and I take benefiber with every meal. I make my meals small, very small, with more of them during the day, mostly fruits and vegetables. I don't even mind missing the food anymore, I must want to feel better and I am starting to. Please, please don't give up! Try meditating, try yoga, look at the beauty in the world and try to look past the ugliness. We are all here to help each other.
