Just wondering if there is anything wrong with fasting until I reach my goal weight.
You have to ask yourself why did you break fast so early the first time? That is a good reflection on how well you will overall do in fasting long term. Fasting and eating on and off to just lose weight could actually have the opposite effect. You could start to gain more weight than lose weight. It can go either way depending on your eating habits (food and portion control) if you will have successful weight lost.
Just because you need to lose 66lbs does not mean your body is going to have reserves till you drop the 66lbs. It could be less time. You have to be honest about your fasting journey and take it one day at a time and when you do break it in between you make sure you eat the right foods to fuel without overdoing it.
