Its been awhile since I have been here. My high weight was higher than your when I started this weight loss journey.
I second the opinion on listening to your body.
I combined "dieting" with fasting. I put it in quotes like that because I was not perfect. I just made sure to not overeat and keep that part consistent. It makes you eventually gravitate towards healthy items because you get more energy out of it. You will really notice this after a fast if you never did one before.
