Hey again! I've been here before but as you can imagine I've failed my last water fast. Not a complete waste of time though because with every single mini fast I do, I learn something :)
I'm currently 196 lb and I stand at 5 foot 3 inch tall. Obviously not happy with this. Just wondering if there is anything wrong with fasting until I reach my goal weight. I would like to get down to at least 130 lbs.
Has anyone just fasted until they reach their goal weight??
