Well, if their involvement (conspiracy) is based on their ownership, we should keep in mind that the biggest pharmaceutical companies are the public companies, meaning their shares are publicly traded and owned by general public, mostly pension funds.

Unfortunately, (or fortunately) US Pharma doesn't need actors behind the scene, drugs are freely advertised (did you take your Advil today?) through media, something globally unprecedented.

But let's not go further, this is after all Water Fasting forum.
