I can't even bring myself to use the word article for this kind of journalism.
There are probably countless links on this forum, if one does a search, that will come up with plenty to read, to explain at length how absurd this statement is. Anyone who's undertaken a Water Fast of past three or four days, when the body switched over to fat-burning mode, but certainly into two or three weeks, armed with even a minimum of knowledge beforehand knows --which is to be distinguished from *intellectual* knowledge-- this is nonsense.
