Thank you so much for your support Warrior! It means alot to not go through this alone! I've been symptom-free (I think... hope.. seems to be...lol) for over 2 months. I haven't taken any medication for 6 weeks, and I just started what I hope is the last 2-week round of medication to see if there are any left. Cross your fingers for me.

What you told me was right on, truly- I drank pomegranate juice and carrot juice mixed with clove extract every morning (god I was so sick of carrot juice), and took the Eclectic Institute Intestinal Support daily, on and off the prescription meds.

I had to order albenza from an overseas pharmacy because I couldn't procure it in the US... which freaked me out (took the herbal stuff in the meantime). But Zentel seemed to me to work a whole lot better than the US stuff, even though it was manufactured by the same company. Or maybe I'd just killed most of them at that point anyway? Dunno, but I'm happy for it anyway.

I'm so very glad to hear you are symptom free! It WAS impossible to think I'd ever be rid of it, and I still worry they'll come back =(. When do you think we can finally relax and say we are done with this battle, you think? =) Tweet
