We should stay focus on not feeding candida and second, remove toxins, both are important, but first is most important. Those minerals help me like HELL !! My herx are more intensive cuz i have adequate staomach acid now. So its means then i suffer harder but i have chance to "cure" faster in one month, but permanent cure about 2-3 years i know.

p.s. last month i almost be fine, now again bed why ? Now we have 30st. worm , so its hot and now i need 40% calories instead of winter !!!! Even 5 eggs at once FEED Candida (this protein have IG 30 only but it feed Candida )!!!
So now i eat 3 eggs and not flare up + stomach acid production is good !!
