If the Iodine were relevant you'd do better taking iodized salt. If only Sea Salt is beneficial then it's likely neither the sodium chloride nor the iodine. It could be magnesium chloride,

Unfortunately the compounds are not given, I will look for a better reference. Additionally different Sea Salt s vary. Dead Sea Salt s for example are more magnesium.

Finally, most magnesium suppliments contribute to biofilm formation (according to one doctor... again, citation or counter needed). Only relevant for systemic with digestive upset) Though decaf green tea is supposed to help (I felt terrible when I drank some).

I'm not disputing that you've improved, I'm trying to figure out why. So, how long have you been on your current regimen? Are you cured yet? Does your candidasis include indigestion or any kind of digestive upset like mine?
