Subject tell whole story. I suffer almost 2 years(12 years overall) and low stomach acid is the only problem.
So, what i try to say is typical candida diet wont work, You do better on pizza(plenty of B1, zinc) or bread than No carb diet. Sunflower 50mg have B1 same as half bread and it is 1.2 mg !! We need 2-2.5mg day (real not from supps). 100mg B1 supps are much worse then 50g of SUNFLOWER !!
Iodine from one teablespoon Sea Salt (about 100-150% daily dose)... 5 eggs have only 50 micro grams.
B6 up to 100mg , i take 40mg daily with magnessium supps.
Zinc from pumpkin seeds, eggs, 15mg supps and even bread.
Check Bee Wilder plan and increase potassium and B1 take from 50g of SUNFLOWER (other B-complex supps take too) not from supps like she say.
We naturally need Iron, mg, ca, vit c, cooper, folic acid(!), pantotenic acid, PABA, biotin and rest.

This is a reply to # 1,953,877Sea salt has iodine? The kinds I've seen don't have any. Iodized table salt has iodine, it's usually something added to salt. Check the Wikipedia entry for Sea Salt if you don't believe me.
There are however other minerals in Sea Salt . I'm getting plenty of B1, plenty of zinc and iodine. It's not helping me. This post reminds me of the woman who posted the morgellons cure leaving out the brand of the alfalfa saying it's not important. Everyone tried it... it didn't work... for all we know it could have been the emulsifier.
If you really feel that much better please list EVERYTHING even what seems inconsequential or unimportant. I would suggest keeping a detailed daily journal for yourself.
I felt like eating sunflower seeds a couple of days ago... wonder if it was my body trying to tell me something. The problem is that the candida causes cravings too. For what it needs... and you feel better when you get it... for a time. XD
Whoppers have a good amount of zinc if I recall... but a metric ton of carbs.

Yes it does, though the amounts are small.

Negligible refers to the quantities so small that they can be ignored (neglected) when studying the larger ...
If the Iodine were relevant you'd do better taking iodized salt. If only Sea Salt is beneficial then it's likely neither the sodium chloride nor the iodine. It could be magnesium chloride,

Unfortunately the compounds are not given, I will look for a better reference. Additionally different Sea Salt s vary. Dead Sea Salt s for example are more magnesium.
Finally, most magnesium suppliments contribute to biofilm formation (according to one doctor... again, citation or counter needed). Only relevant for systemic with digestive upset) Though decaf green tea is supposed to help (I felt terrible when I drank some).
I'm not disputing that you've improved, I'm trying to figure out why. So, how long have you been on your current regimen? Are you cured yet? Does your candidasis include indigestion or any kind of digestive upset like mine?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,954,458We should stay focus on not feeding candida and second, remove toxins, both are important, but first is most important. Those minerals help me like HELL !! My herx are more intensive cuz i have adequate staomach acid now. So its means then i suffer harder but i have chance to "cure" faster in one month, but permanent cure about 2-3 years i know.
p.s. last month i almost be fine, now again bed why ? Now we have 30st. worm , so its hot and now i need 40% calories instead of winter !!!! Even 5 eggs at once FEED Candida (this protein have IG 30 only but it feed Candida )!!!
So now i eat 3 eggs and not flare up + stomach acid production is good !!
